Rho Ophiucus Cloud Complex - This image was captured using a Canon EOS R6 Astro-Modified Full Spectrum camera (with heat reduction system installed),Visible + H-Alpha Drop-in filter, Sigma Art 135mm lens. White balance set in Adobe Camera RAW. 10 Exposures (light frames), No Flat, bias or dark frames used. Tracked using a SkyWatcher StarAdventurer star tracker. Exposures were stacked in PixInsight, Color corrections, background normalization, automatic background extractions, noise reduction, color balance, all perfomed in PixInsight. Exported as a Tiff file for final editing in Adobe Photoshop.

Camera Settings:

Exposure: 10x120 Seconds.

Aperture: f:1.8

This image was captured using a Canon EOS 6D Astro-Modified Full Spectrum camera (with heat reduction system installed), Nikon AF-S 14-24mm 2.8 lens. No optical filters were used. Custom white balance was set during the day using a gray card. One single image, no stacking or composites.

Camera Settings:

Exposure: 25 Seconds.

Aperture: f:2.8

ISO: 2000

No tracking or guiding equipment used. WiFi controlled release via Canon EOS Remote app.

Glow Sticks were submerged into the water to illuminate the foreground and a small lantern was used to illuminate the rocks.

Post processing: Photoshop Camera RAW was used to slightly increase Clarity. Noise was reduced a small amount. Chromatic adoration removal selected.

ISO: 800

No tracking or guiding equipment used. WiFi controlled release via Canon EOS Remote app.

Exposure: 250th of a Second.

Aperture: f:3.5

ISO: 100

2.0 second Self-timer release using Liveview.

Post processing: Photoshop Camera RAW was used to slightly increase Clarity. Noise was reduced a small amount to help. Chromatic adoration removal selected. Converted to Black & White using Photoshop CC.
