Kimberly Sibbald - Brand Ambassador
Kimberly Sibbald is a Canadian photographer, living in beautiful Alberta.
She is a much published imager with Infrared, Nightscapes and Astrophotography as specialties. Her style across all of these is to craft subtly saturated images that attempt to evoke an emotional connection to the scene. Kimberly uses a variety of equipment including cooled astrophotography cameras with narrowband filters, a fully modified Canon 5DMII and a fully modified Canon EOS R.
Her recent recognized accomplishments include:
- Sky News published astrophotography images and awards 2018, 2019, 2020.
- APOD Sky winner 2020-07-27 for a Comet Neowise image.
- Royal Astronomical Society of Canada: numerous awards in Wide Field and Deep Space categories 2018, 2019, 2020.
